Yoga at UUFE

Join us and our instructor, Kristen Smith, for our very popular Yoga class. Kristen also teaches at the Environmental Center, Rise up Farms on Sat. Morning and at the Wellfield Gardens in the summer. Yoga is an excellent program for increasing flexibility, strength and balance, as well as reducing stress. Please bring a yoga mat. You do not need prior experience to attend.

The charge is $10.00 per class .
