The Meditation group meets for an hour at 11:30 a.m. Sundays in the Learning Center. We practice breathing meditation and Vipassana meditation, with the assistance of Barbara Goldfarb. Other meditation techniques such as the body scan may be used.  We also discuss our respective meditation practices or listen to a short reading which might apply.
