“Humanism and the Science Fiction of Octavia Butler”, Laura Snow

Drawing from our Radical Readers book study group, Laura Snow will present a service on the 2nd Sunday of May (Mother’s Day!).  It is entitled, “Humanism and the Science Fiction of Octavia Butler”.  Immediately following the service, we will have coffee hour and snacks in the Gathering Place, and at 11:45, Meditation in the downstairs meeting room.  Laura is a member of our Worship & Arts committee, and frequently speaks in services and coordinates others.
